Don Waalen-Radivicius (@minnesotasticks)will be teaching his Latvian braid cowl, Roping Steers. He will also teach the Latvian twist and other stitches, time allowing. (please excuse this listing because it is incomplete for image and materials). It can still be ordered if you are interested in these techniques. There will be a pattern with the class.
Supplies needed for the class include: the cowl is shown in Modewerk DK 231 yards per 100 gram skein, SW merino, MC roadside Cowboy,CC 1 50 g (115 yds) Cowboy Jeans, CC2 50 g (115 yds) Rode Hard. Size 7 circular needle 20 inches. ( Or similar yarn.)
Prerequisites: Basic knitting skills such as Knit and Purl stitch with experience using a circular needle.
